You can reach Customer Service Ordering Line from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) everyday except for these U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (Fourth of July), Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.

You can also reach our Free Chat Line from 8:00am to 11:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) everyday 365 days a year. With our trained and experience hosts, we can answer all your question regarding almost everything!

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the guidelines detailed below, and we will be happy to help you to exchange your purchase. Our goal is your total satisfaction! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or get in store credit on most items, less shipping, within 30 days.
Changes To Order
A fee of $5.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your order after the order is placed. This includes item, color, payment, shipping, or coupon redemption changes. Requests for changes will be fulfilled once approved from our shipping department to ensure the order has not been processed or shipped. We make every effort to maintain our inventory and make "without a order button" on our website. Changes must be e-mailed to Email For Changes!
On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly or replace your order with closest similar items.
If you do not want similar item replacement on any of your items, please specify on the comment line. Due to large volume of items ordered for international shipments, some colors, or items may be replaced with similar quality.

Out Of Stock Item
On a rare ocassions, when a item is out-of-stock then shall have the right to replace a item that is similar in quality, type, and price. If there is a difference in price, will credit the difference back to the original card used on the order.All of our orders are processed and shipped immediately to expedite our orders.
Orders cancellations made after you have submitted your order will not be honored. Color changes to an order will be given all effort, but may not be fulfilled.
Refused or Returned Packages
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address or refusal upon delivery, there will be an additional shipping charges added to reship. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Once a refused package is returned to us, a restocking fee charge of 40% will be deducted from the total. Orders may reship without notice to the corrected address or with another shipping carrier at additional shipping charge.
Orders over $500
Orders that are placed for large quantity of item, or items that total over $1000 or more can not be cancelled, revised, or returned. Items are fulfilled based on special order and customer is fully responsible for accepting the order for final sale. All of the above condition sales are final.
Stock Availability
Any items that does not have an ADD TO CART button are not available. These items may have been discontinued or not yet released by the manufacturer. We do not have any estimated dates of availability on any of unavailable items.
Mail Order
We accept Postal or Western Union Money Orders prepaid prior to shipping the merchandise. will not be responsible for lost or stolen Money Orders. Please follow these instructions when sending in the money order. If you are unable to view our Mail Order Form you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Address Change
Address Change/Update PolicyAny address change request made via e-mail or phone after the order has been processed and duringthe transit via UPS will be charged $10.00 automatically upon customer's request to change or update address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GMBShair will not be responsible for stolen packages after the merchandise has been confirmed to have delivered according to our tracking system. If you do not have your package delivered by UPS please email us immediately for us to start an investigation with UPS. They will complete the investigation within 7 business days. All United States Postal Services (USPS) packages are accompanied with USPS Delivery confirmation #. Once this information states delivered, the package can not be replaced.
Risk Of Loss makes every effort possible to prepare and ship out items in a timely manner. Once item(s) leave our warehouse, risk of loss is passed on to the purchaser and we cannot be held responsible for any items that have yet to arrive in customers possession. We cannot be held responsible and will not be able to refund or send a replacement due to loss, stolen packages, or late arrivals.
